Many cooking and baking ingredients can help to nourish and detoxify the skin. Ground almonds, sea salt, coffee, brown or white sugar and oatmeal all make a perfect base that are gentle enough for use on the face and body. Select one of these bases and fill a quarter cup full. Yogurt, honey, milk and cocoa butter all add nourishing properties that will leave the skin soft and moisturized. Mix in two teaspoons of this ingredient to your selected base.
